Real Oviedo Academy Soccer Camps In The United States Of America

Real Oviedo-Laliga Soccer Camps

Real Oviedo, a club from the best professional soccer league in the world, LaLiga, would like to offer you the opportunity to learn and improve your skills, using one of the most well-known methodologies in the whole of Europe.

Whether you are male or female, prove your ability to our UEFA PRO coaches, who will be coming to your neighborhood to teach you everything you need to know to keep progressing in the world of soccer.

Play Like The European Stars

Real Oviedo has a unique style of coaching which characterizes the club. The Real Oviedo academy has seen the emergence of internationally famous soccer stars such as Juan Mata, Santi Cazorla, Adrián López, Michu, and many more. They all learned how to play as children in our academy, and they all carry our club’s DNA with them.

TRAIN WITH FORMER INTERNATIONAL SOCCER PLAYERS AND EXPERT COACHES

In charge of the camp will be César Martín, who played for the Spanish national team on 12 occasions and won every possible trophy in professional Spanish soccer (league, Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup). César Martín will personally lead the coaching aspects of the camp and coordinate and supervise the other former Real Oviedo players and coaches involved.

Like César Martín, Roberto Suárez played in the top division of Spanish professional soccer for many years, and he is the Head of Methodology for the camp.

Iván Palacios is a former Real Oviedo coach and has also worked at other clubs, while Álex Díaz is a Real Oviedo Analysis Department member. Both of these professionals boast significant experience in developing young soccer players, both in Spain and in other countries, and they will both bring their knowledge to this camp.

MAKE THE MOST OF THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRAIN WITH A LALIGA CLUB

Several players from the camp will be selected to train in Europe. Those participants who demonstrate the best aptitude and attitude will receive the prize of traveling to Europe, where they will have the chance to train at Real Oviedo facilities, under the supervision of coaches from this professional LaLiga club.

TRAINING SESSIONS

All the training sessions at Real Oviedo Academy Soccer Camps are designed by the Department of Methodology, led by former LaLiga player Roberto Suárez.

These sessions focus on helping participants improve their technique, physical condition, playing tempo, and positioning on the field. There will also be an emphasis on the psychological aspect and other areas of the world of soccer to allow participants to perform at their best and play for a professional club.

TECHNICAL TRAINING

During the camp, participants work according to an analytical method designed to improve their technique, which is vital for the player to progress. By offering exercises inspired by some of the most talented players in world soccer, we give participants the chance to see how the biggest stars and players from our youth teams develop their technique.

TACTICAL TRAINING

We ensure that the young players become accustomed to different play concepts, everything involved in each playing position, quick decision-making, and other playing tempos. By using real situations, the player acquires awareness of how best to act in each precise moment.

PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING

To be a soccer player at the top level, it is not enough to have excellent technique and tactical knowledge. It is also necessary to be in the ideal physical condition and to have first-class psychological stability. We want to give you both of these tools and become a leader in the field.

GOALKEEPER TRAINING

Being the goalkeeper means being in a hugely different position to the rest of the team players. As such, we offer a specific training program for goalies.

In recent years, the role has taken on greater importance and relevance in the team’s passing play. Therefore the goalkeeper’s ability with his feet is more highly valued than ever before.

The last line of defense in soccer deserves to have a specific coach available to it, who knows how to help the goalies to develop their ability and improve.

OUR VALUES

Our philosophy is based on the pillars of effort, determination, competitiveness, and overcoming obstacles, together with teamwork, humility, perseverance, fair play, sportsmanship, and respect for our opponents.
